What you will taste:
2 glasses of Metodo Classico (Alta Langa): The best way to start. Fresh bubbles, born at high altitude and aged for a long time.
1 glass of Barolo "San Germano" : The king of wines.
1 glass of Barbera d'Asti "Donna Lu" : The Piedmontese red par excellence.
Accompanying: Local artisanal breadsticks, to tantalize the palate and accompany the glasses without overpowering the flavors of the wine.
